...I'm afraid I'm going to do it again. The BBC's new Reggie Perrin? Somebody please make him go away! It's making me very sad, and comedy should not evoke such high levels of sadness. I made the mistake of watching it tonight, something which, after the first show, I promised myself I wouldn't do. I had no idea that Martin Clunes had the ability to be so utterly charmless.

Apologies to anyone who likes it and I know I'm being dreadfully unfashionable for preffering something as old as The Fall and Rise of Reginald Perrin and I'm sorry that my love for it blinds me to the fact that it's so old it's suprising I can understand what they're saying (that last bit was sarcasm by the way).

Anyway, glad I got that off my chest!

In other news, I've been tweaking my lj layout and I've been staring at the screen for so long that my eyes feel like they're gonna drop out. Still, think it looks good considering that I'm a bit rubbish with layout codes.

In case you haven't guessed, I've spent today doing nothing of any real importance. Happy days!

Also, sitting in the corner of my living room is a spider the size of my fist! YIKES!

It's an excellent layout! :D Vasily Livanov is rather lovely, and just looks so much like the Holmes in my head. (Vitaly Solomin looks so much like my Watson too.) I love it when you get that "OMG that is exactly them" sensation - I really got it for the Harry Potter films, especially Lucius, McGonagall and Hooch, and especially especially Tom Riddle. (well, perhaps not the curly hair, but I can live with that.)

Thanks! I really love Vasily Livanov, very easy on the eye ;) He's a bit too pretty to be the Holmes in my head and not nearly surly enough, but that doesn't stop me loving his Holmes. Vitaly Solomin is very definitely the Watson in my head though. I got that "OMG that is exactly them" feeling with him.
