Sheesh, even Freud (the big, arrogant, know-it-all that he was) would rather admit that he could never fully understand women than make spurious claims like this guy does.

Still though, his ill informed, borderline misogyny made me chuckle.

Oh, aren't they just? I mean, it would never occur to me to slash a character who is repeatedly said to abhor the softer emotions and who just as repeatedly shows them only toward one other man.

And clearly my slashing of Holmes/Watson is because I want to be Watson and have Holmes love meeeee! *eye roll* Because as a female slasher I obviously have the emotional maturity of a toddler.

Yeah, looking at some of my fics I have the feeling that if Holmes and I were a couple we'd turn each other into gibbering neurotics! No, I don't want Holmes all that much.

Except Vasily Livanov. I would totally marry his Holmes!
