Things being not so bad

Had a meeting with my dissertation tutor.  My first chapter doesn't suck!  HOORAH!  I just need to do some editing.

Other than that, I exchanged all the money I had left over from my holiday from Euros into Pounds Sterling.  So now I have some money...money that I can spend in THIS country.  *ka-ching* why, hello your Majesty!
