Some more geekery
This time of the dorky observation kind.
In the comedy series Yes, Minister there is an episode entitled "Skeleton in the Cupboard" (which is brilliant, but I digress). In this the journalist is played by Donald Gee, who also plays Inspector Lestrade in some of the BBC Radio Holmes adaptations.
Now, they also recorded Yes, Minister for radio and I was listening to it the other day only to find that Donald Gee had been replaced...by Clive Merrison.
After I told a few people this I came to the realisation that this was really only interesting to myself.
*facepalm*
In other news, I think I'm getting ill. Yuck.

What are the odds of that? *laughs* Donald Gee will always be my favorite of the radio-Lestrades, because he did the speech in THAT scene, you know.
Aww, I hope you feel better soon! Or fight off the sickness before it takes hold!

I quite like his Lestrade as well, once I realised how irrational it was to not like a Lestrade based solely on the fact that the actor is not Colin Jeavons. lol.
